Celebrate the imagination—and the love between father and son—with this new board book edition of the fun, rhyming, and totally original story. On a hot summer's day, a young boy playfully sets out on a “crocodaddy hunt” in the lake. Following the creature's shadow, dark and wet, he's soon taking a wild ride on the grinning croc's back. And when they leave the water, something wonderful happens: Crocodaddy transforms into…just DADDY. Bright, energetic illustrations (complete with wily crocodile in Dad's swim trunks) highlight the story's humor and warmth.
I am so pleased to tell you that the publisher, Sterling Children's Books, is giving one lucky reader a copy of this charming tale. Thanks so much to the sponsor and here is how to enter....

Because we are such fans of Ten on the Sled, we had very high hopes from this new release and we were not disappointed! Kim Norman has a real talent for writing in fun rhymes. This book is so much fun to read and the story is both sweet and silly. My children think it is hilarious to see the crocodile in swim trunks and relish the adventure the boy has with this scaly creature! As a parent, I am touched by the picture Norman paints of the fun loving relationship between parent and child. The illustrator, David Walker, is also a real talent, making a crocodile into a smiling, loving playmate. This a book your child will ask for over and over again and you will be happy to oblige. Be sure to pick up a copy today on Barnes & Noble (click HERE) or from Amazon....
